Okra And Tomato Beef Soup
Ingredients
- 2 quarts beef stock
- 1 can tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons rice
- 1 can okra
- 1 red pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- salt to taste
Method
- 1 Add tomatoes, rice, okra, and red pepper to beef stock. Simmer until rice is cooked.
- 2 Blend flour with a little cold stock to make a slurry. Pour into soup and stir until thickened.
- 3 Season with salt and serve immediately.
