Oatmeal Wheat Pie Crust
Ingredients
- 4 oz medium oatmeal
- 4 oz fine wheatmeal
- 2.5 oz butter or vegetable butter
Method
- 1 Combine the oatmeal and wheatmeal in a bowl.
- 2 Cut in the butter or vegetable butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- 3 Add cold water gradually and mix until the dough comes together.
- 4 Roll out the crust and use as directed for your pie.
