  • 4 oz fine wheatmeal
  • 2.5 oz butter or vegetable butter

Method

  1. 1 Combine the oatmeal and wheatmeal in a bowl.
  2. 2 Cut in the butter or vegetable butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. 3 Add cold water gradually and mix until the dough comes together.
  4. 4 Roll out the crust and use as directed for your pie.
