Oatmeal Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon melted fat
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Method
- 1 Beat the egg into 1 cup of milk.
- 2 Sift 1 cup of flour with 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
- 3 Combine oatmeal, melted fat, salt, egg mixture, and flour mixture. Beat well.
- 4 Cook on a hot griddle until golden brown.
