Nutmeg Wheatmeal Corn Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 can sweet corn
- 1 pint milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 oz butter
- 8 oz fine wheatmeal
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Make a batter by mixing the wheatmeal, eggs, and milk until smooth.
- 2 Add the sweet corn, butter, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to the batter and stir to combine.
- 3 Pour the mixture into a pie dish and bake for 1 hour.
