Nutmeg Wheatmeal Corn Pudding

  • 1 can sweet corn
  • 1 pint milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 oz butter
  • 8 oz fine wheatmeal
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Make a batter by mixing the wheatmeal, eggs, and milk until smooth.
  2. 2 Add the sweet corn, butter, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to the batter and stir to combine.
  3. 3 Pour the mixture into a pie dish and bake for 1 hour.
