  • 1 tbsp chopped pimientos
  • 2 slices brown bread
  • Finely chopped cress or shredded lettuce

Method

  1. 1 Mix nut butter, olive oil, and chopped pimientos in a bowl until smooth.
  2. 2 Spread the mixture evenly onto one slice of unbuttered brown bread.
  3. 3 Top with finely chopped cress or shredded lettuce.
  4. 4 Place the second slice of buttered bread on top, press down, trim crusts, and cut into 1-inch wide fingers.
