No Cook Green Chile Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 ounce), drained
  • 1 can diced green chiles (4.5 ounce), drained
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Method

  1. 1 In a large bowl, stir together all the ingredients until well mixed.
  2. 2 Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
  3. 3 Serve with tortilla chips or raw vegetables.
