No Cook Green Chile Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 ounce), drained
- 1 can diced green chiles (4.5 ounce), drained
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Method
- 1 In a large bowl, stir together all the ingredients until well mixed.
- 2 Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
- 3 Serve with tortilla chips or raw vegetables.
