No Cook Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup beans, low-sodium canned or cooked (pinto beans work great)
  • 1 teaspoon yogurt, non-fat plain
  • 1 tablespoon salsa

Method

  1. 1 Wash hands with soap and water. Place beans in a small, resealable plastic bag.
  2. 2 Squeeze out extra air and seal the bag. Mash the beans with your fingers.
  3. 3 Add yogurt and salsa to the bag. Seal and mix with your fingers.
  4. 4 Open the bag or cut off a corner and squeeze out the dip.
