No Cook Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup beans, low-sodium canned or cooked (pinto beans work great)
- 1 teaspoon yogurt, non-fat plain
- 1 tablespoon salsa
Method
- 1 Wash hands with soap and water. Place beans in a small, resealable plastic bag.
- 2 Squeeze out extra air and seal the bag. Mash the beans with your fingers.
- 3 Add yogurt and salsa to the bag. Seal and mix with your fingers.
- 4 Open the bag or cut off a corner and squeeze out the dip.
