No Bake Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 28 ounces jar spaghetti sauce (low sodium)
  • 6-8 dry lasagna noodles
  • 15 ounces container ricotta cheese (part-skim) or cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, part-skim, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

Method

  1. 1 Spread half the sauce on the bottom of a 2-quart baking dish.
  2. 2 Layer half the dry noodles, ricotta, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. 3 Top with 1 cup sauce, then layer the rest of the noodles, ricotta, and mozzarella.
  4. 4 Top with remaining spaghetti sauce.
  5. 5 Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes. Let set for 20 minutes before topping with Parmesan.
