No Bake Lasagna
Ingredients
- 28 ounces jar spaghetti sauce (low sodium)
- 6-8 dry lasagna noodles
- 15 ounces container ricotta cheese (part-skim) or cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, part-skim, shredded
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Method
- 1 Spread half the sauce on the bottom of a 2-quart baking dish.
- 2 Layer half the dry noodles, ricotta, and Parmesan cheese.
- 3 Top with 1 cup sauce, then layer the rest of the noodles, ricotta, and mozzarella.
- 4 Top with remaining spaghetti sauce.
- 5 Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes. Let set for 20 minutes before topping with Parmesan.
