No Bake Honey Peanut Butter Trail Mix Bars
Ingredients
- 3 cups crispy rice cereal
- 3 cups toasted oat cereal
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, no salt
- 1 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 16 ounce jar chunky peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- 1 Combine dry ingredients (cereals, raisins, sunflower seeds) in a large bowl.
- 2 In a saucepan, combine honey and sugar. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
- 3 Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth and melted.
- 4 Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well to coat.
- 5 Press the mixture firmly into a 13x9 inch pan and allow to cool completely.
