No-Bake Egg White Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 2 large bars chocolate
- Vanilla essence to taste
- Castor sugar (optional)
Method
- 1 Break chocolate into pieces and melt in a saucepan with a little water until smooth.
- 2 Remove from heat and let cool until it forms a smooth, firm paste.
- 3 Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and stir in vanilla essence.
- 4 Fold the chocolate paste into the egg whites until well combined.
- 5 Add sugar if desired, then serve immediately in a glass dish.
