No Bake Banana Pudding Parfaits
Ingredients
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant pudding mix (banana or vanilla)
- 2 cups non-fat or low-fat milk
- 1 container (8 oz) fat-free yogurt or non-dairy whipped topping
- 2 bananas, sliced
Method
- 1 In a medium bowl, combine milk and instant pudding mix. Beat with a whisk or mixer on low speed for 2 minutes.
- 2 Gently fold the yogurt or whipped topping into the pudding mixture until well combined.
- 3 Layer half the sliced bananas in the bottom of 8 dessert cups.
- 4 Pour the pudding mixture over the bananas, then top with remaining fruit slices.
- 5 Refrigerate for at least 5 minutes, or longer for best flavor, before serving.
