Neufchatel Cheese And Mayonnaise Egg Salad
Ingredients
- shredded lettuce
- 5 oz Neufchâtel cheese
- mayonnaise
- paprika
- black pepper
Method
- 1 Arrange flat nests of shredded lettuce on individual plates.
- 2 Cut the Neufchâtel cheese into three pieces. Roll each into a ball and flatten to a 1/4-inch thickness to resemble egg whites.
- 3 Place the cheese 'whites' onto the lettuce nests.
- 4 Pipe a mound of mayonnaise onto the center of each cheese piece to represent the yolk.
- 5 Serve chilled. Garnish with a dash of paprika and black pepper.
