  • 3 cups navy beans, baked or boiled
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tbsp pickle relish or 1 large pickle
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2/3 cup boiled salad dressing
  • 1½ tsp salt

Method

  1. 1 Chop the onion and hard-boiled eggs finely. Chop the relish or pickle.
  2. 2 Combine the chopped onion, eggs, relish, and beans in a bowl. Mix well.
