Navy Bean Salad With Eggs And Pickle
Ingredients
- 3 cups navy beans, baked or boiled
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tbsp pickle relish or 1 large pickle
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2/3 cup boiled salad dressing
- 1½ tsp salt
Method
- 1 Chop the onion and hard-boiled eggs finely. Chop the relish or pickle.
- 2 Combine the chopped onion, eggs, relish, and beans in a bowl. Mix well.
- 3 Add vinegar, salt, and boiled salad dressing. Toss to combine.
- 4 Chill the salad thoroughly before serving.
