Mutton Potato And Onion Stew
Ingredients
- 2 lb scrag end of mutton
- 2 lb potatoes
- 0.5 lb onions
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup water
Method
- 1 Peel and slice the potatoes and onions. Cut the mutton into small pieces.
- 2 Layer the meat, potatoes, and onions in a saucepan, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper.
- 3 Pour in 1 cup of water. Stew gently, stirring occasionally, for about 1.5 hours.
