- potatoes

- gravy
Method
- 1 Season mutton chops and braise them in a stew-pan for 30 minutes.
- 2 Boil potatoes, then mash and season them.
- 3 Butter a mold and line it with the mashed potatoes.
- 4 Place the braised mutton inside the potato-lined mold.
- 5 Bake for 30 minutes, cut a hole in the top, and add gravy.
