Mustard Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 8 tablespoons salad oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Method
- 1 Place evaporated milk and mustard in a bowl and blend together.
- 2 Add vinegar, then gradually whisk in the salad oil until fully emulsified.
- 3 Serve immediately over lettuce, cucumbers, meat, or fish.
