Mustard Vinaigrette Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 tbsp oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp celery, finely chopped
- 1 tsp vinegar
Method
- 1 Chop the cold chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- 2 Add finely chopped celery, mustard, salt, pepper, and vinegar.
- 3 Drizzle with oil or melted butter and toss gently to combine.
