Mustard Turkey Patties With Pan Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds ground turkey (85% lean)
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 3 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- Nonstick cooking spray
Method
- 1 Mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, green onion, and mustard in a large bowl.
- 2 Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- 3 Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
- 4 Add patties and cook, turning once, until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- 5 Remove patties, add chicken broth to skillet, and boil until slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.
- 6 Pour sauce over patties and serve.
