Mustard Turkey Patties With Pan Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds ground turkey (85% lean)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 3 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Method

  1. 1 Mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, green onion, and mustard in a large bowl.
  2. 2 Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. 3 Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
  4. 4 Add patties and cook, turning once, until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  5. 5 Remove patties, add chicken broth to skillet, and boil until slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.
