Mustard Steak Butter

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp butter
• ¼ tsp white pepper
• ¼ tsp mustard
• ½ tsp salt

Method

1. 1 Work the butter, white pepper, mustard, and salt together until smooth.
2. 2 Spread the mixture onto a steak immediately after placing it on the platter.
