Mustard Glazed Pork Cutlets
Ingredients
- 1 oz butter
- Pork cutlets from cold roast
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 2 tsp flour
- 1/2 pint gravy
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
Method
- 1 Melt butter in a saucepan. Add pork cutlets and chopped onion, frying until light brown.
- 2 Stir in flour, then add gravy, salt, pepper, vinegar, and mustard.
- 3 Simmer gently for a few minutes and serve.
