Mustard Glazed Pork Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 1 oz butter
  • Pork cutlets from cold roast
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1/2 pint gravy
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard

Method

  1. 1 Melt butter in a saucepan. Add pork cutlets and chopped onion, frying until light brown.
  2. 2 Stir in flour, then add gravy, salt, pepper, vinegar, and mustard.
  3. 3 Simmer gently for a few minutes and serve.
