Mustard Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Method
- 1 Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 12 minutes.
- 2 Remove eggs from heat, drain, and cool under cold water. Peel the shells off.
- 3 Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- 4 Combine yolks, mayonnaise, and mustard in a small zip-lock bag. Mix well.
- 5 Snip a small corner of the bag and squeeze the yolk mixture into the egg white halves. Garnish as desired.
