Mustard Crusted Oven Baked Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 6 large chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fat
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- black pepper
Method
- 1 Combine chicken thighs, hot sauce, mustard, thyme, and minced garlic in a bowl. Mix well to coat.
- 2 Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours to marinate.
- 3 Preheat oven to 450°F.
- 4 Place chicken on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 5 Bake for about 50 minutes until crispy and cooked through. Serve immediately.
