Mustard Corned Beef Sandwiches
Ingredients
- cold corned beef, chopped very fine
- fat meat, 1/4 of the total meat weight
- French mustard or prepared mustard, to taste
Method
- 1 Chop the cold corned beef and fat meat very fine, ensuring the fat meat makes up one-fourth of the total weight.
- 2 Work the mustard into the meat mixture to taste.
- 3 Spread the mixture on bread and assemble the sandwiches in the usual way.
