Ingredients

• cold corned beef, chopped very fine
• fat meat, 1/4 of the total meat weight
• French mustard or prepared mustard, to taste

Method

1. 1 Chop the cold corned beef and fat meat very fine, ensuring the fat meat makes up one-fourth of the total weight.
2. 2 Work the mustard into the meat mixture to taste.
3. 3 Spread the mixture on bread and assemble the sandwiches in the usual way.
