Mustard Celery Salad With Beets
Ingredients
- 1 bunch celery
- French mustard
- young onions
- pepper
- salt
- finely chopped parsley
- lettuce leaves
- slices of beet
Method
- 1 Trim the celery, leaving the root intact. Cut it in half and boil in salted water until tender.
- 2 Trim the cooked celery into even sticks.
- 3 Season the celery with French mustard, young onions, pepper, salt, and finely chopped parsley.
- 4 Garnish with lettuce leaves and slices of beet before serving.
