Ingredients

  • 1 bunch celery
  • French mustard
  • young onions
  • pepper
  • salt
  • finely chopped parsley
  • lettuce leaves
  • slices of beet

Method

  1. 1 Trim the celery, leaving the root intact. Cut it in half and boil in salted water until tender.
  2. 2 Trim the cooked celery into even sticks.
  3. 3 Season the celery with French mustard, young onions, pepper, salt, and finely chopped parsley.
  4. 4 Garnish with lettuce leaves and slices of beet before serving.
