Mustard Butter Broiled Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork fillet, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, minced
- 1 tsp fresh sage, minced
- 2 tbsp drawn butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
Method
- 1 Peel back part of the skin from the pork fillet and slice the meat into even pieces.
- 2 Gently pound the slices with the back of a knife to tenderize, then season with salt, pepper, thyme, and sage.
- 3 Broil the pork slices on a gridiron until cooked through.
- 4 Mix drawn butter, sugar, and mustard to create a sauce, then serve over the hot pork.
