  • 4-5 mushrooms
  • Tomato puree
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Grated Cheddar cheese
  • Butter
  • Milk
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Method

  1. 1 Boil the macaroni until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2 Stew the mushrooms in milk with pepper and salt until soft.
  3. 3 Butter a fireproof dish. Layer macaroni, tomato puree, mushroom mixture, and remaining macaroni.
