Mushroom Macaroni Casserole With Tomato And Cheese
Ingredients
- 4 oz macaroni
- 4-5 mushrooms
- Tomato puree
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Grated Cheddar cheese
- Butter
- Milk
- Pepper
- Salt
Method
- 1 Boil the macaroni until tender. Drain and set aside.
- 2 Stew the mushrooms in milk with pepper and salt until soft.
- 3 Butter a fireproof dish. Layer macaroni, tomato puree, mushroom mixture, and remaining macaroni.
- 4 Dust the top with grated Parmesan and Cheddar. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
