Mushroom And Vermicelli Tartlets

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb mushrooms
  • 1/2 oz butter
  • pepper and salt
  • 1/2 oz vermicelli, cooked and cold
  • shortcrust pastry

Method

  1. 1 Dry and cut the mushrooms into pieces.
  2. 2 Stew the mushrooms in butter until cooked.
  3. 3 Mix the cooked mushrooms well with the cold vermicelli.
  4. 4 Line patty pans with shortcrust pastry.
  5. 5 Fill with the mushroom mixture and bake until golden brown.
  6. 6 Serve with vegetables.
