Mushroom And Vermicelli Tartlets
Ingredients
- 1/4 lb mushrooms
- 1/2 oz butter
- pepper and salt
- 1/2 oz vermicelli, cooked and cold
- shortcrust pastry
Method
- 1 Dry and cut the mushrooms into pieces.
- 2 Stew the mushrooms in butter until cooked.
- 3 Mix the cooked mushrooms well with the cold vermicelli.
- 4 Line patty pans with shortcrust pastry.
- 5 Fill with the mushroom mixture and bake until golden brown.
- 6 Serve with vegetables.
