Mushroom And Egg Toast
Ingredients
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 lb mushrooms
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped fine
- 1 oz butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toast slices for serving
Method
- 1 Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- 2 Add mushrooms and season with salt and pepper; cook until tender.
- 3 Chop the hard-boiled eggs and add them to the mushrooms along with the parsley.
- 4 Heat the mixture through, then serve over slices of toast.
