Molded Cornmeal Egg Batter Bread
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons cornmeal
- Salt to taste
- 4 eggs
- Rich milk, as needed
Method
- 1 Sift the flour, cornmeal, and salt together into a bowl.
- 2 Whisk in the eggs and enough rich milk to form a thin batter.
- 3 Pour the batter into small tin molds.
- 4 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) until golden brown.
