Molasses Bran Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 pint bran
- ½ pint flour
- ½ pint milk
- 6 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp baking soda
Method
- 1 Mix the bran, flour, and baking soda together in a bowl.
- 2 In a separate bowl, mix the molasses and milk together.
- 3 Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- 4 Pour the batter into gem pans.
- 5 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) until set and lightly browned.
