- mixed cold boiled vegetables (green peas, string beans, cauliflower, asparagus, potatoes, carrots, green pepper)
- fresh crisp lettuce
- French dressing or mayonnaise
Method
- 1 Dice cold boiled vegetables including green peas, string beans, cauliflower flowerettes, asparagus points, potatoes, and carrots into small pieces.
- 2 Add diced green pepper if desired.
- 3 Mix vegetables together.
- 4 Serve in a nest of fresh, crisp lettuce.
- 5 Dress with French dressing or mayonnaise.
