Mixed Milk Buttermilk Cornbread
Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup sour milk
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 1 cup sweet milk
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 eggs, well beaten
Method
- 1 Mix cornmeal, sour milk, sweet milk, baking soda, salt, and melted butter thoroughly.
- 2 Stir in the well-beaten eggs.
- 3 Pour into a well-buttered deep baking dish and bake.
