Mixed Cherry Apricot Raspberry Preserves
Ingredients
- 3 cups sour cherries
- 3 cups fresh apricots
- 2 cups red raspberries
- 7 cups sugar
Method
- 1 Wash and pit the cherries.
- 2 Blanch apricots in boiling water for a few seconds, then remove skins and seeds. Cut into quarters.
- 3 Wash the raspberries.
- 4 Combine all fruit and sugar in a pot. Cook quickly until fruits are clear and tender.
- 5 Seal the hot preserves in hot jars.
