Mint And Parsley Vinegar Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- 1/3 handful fresh parsley leaves
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
Method
- 1 Wash the mint and parsley, then pick the leaves off the stalks.
- 2 Mince the mint and parsley very finely.
- 3 Combine the minced herbs with sugar and vinegar in a sauce boat.
