Mini Mutton Pies With Puff Pastry
Ingredients
- 4 oz underdone mutton, minced, skin and fat removed
- 1 tbsp rich gravy
- Few drops anchovy essence
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp minced parsley
- Salt to taste
- Puff pastry for 4 patty pans
Method
- 1 Mince the mutton and mix with gravy, anchovy essence, cayenne, parsley, and salt.
- 2 Line four patty pans with puff pastry and divide the mutton mixture among them.
- 3 Cover each with a pastry lid and bake in a 425°F oven for 30 minutes.
