Mini Baked Custard Puddings With Jam
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb flour
- 1/2 pint milk
- 1 egg
- Jam for serving
Method
- 1 Place flour in a bowl and make a well in the center.
- 2 Add the egg and mix smoothly with a wooden spoon, gradually adding the milk.
- 3 Grease small patty pans and half-fill them with the batter.
- 4 Bake in a quick oven (425°F) until set.
- 5 Serve on a napkin with a dollop of jam on each pudding.
