Mincemeat Stuffed Pancakes
Ingredients
- 4 oz fine wheatmeal
- 1/2 pint milk
- 3 eggs
- butter for frying
- mincemeat
- sifted sugar for serving
Method
- 1 Whisk wheatmeal, milk, and eggs together to form a smooth batter.
- 2 Heat butter in a skillet and fry small pancakes until golden on both sides.
- 3 Place a spoonful of mincemeat on each pancake, fold them up, and serve with sifted sugar.
