Mince Simmered Buttered Spinach
Ingredients
- 1/2 peck spinach
- 2 generous tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- 1 Place spinach in a stewpan, cover, and cook over heat for 10 minutes, pressing down and turning over several times.
- 2 Transfer the spinach to a chopping bowl and mince finely.
- 3 Return the minced spinach to the stewpan and add butter and salt.
- 4 Simmer for 10 minutes before serving.
