Mince Simmered Buttered Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1/2 peck spinach
  • 2 generous tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. 1 Place spinach in a stewpan, cover, and cook over heat for 10 minutes, pressing down and turning over several times.
  2. 2 Transfer the spinach to a chopping bowl and mince finely.
  3. 3 Return the minced spinach to the stewpan and add butter and salt.
  4. 4 Simmer for 10 minutes before serving.
