Milk-Soaked Anchovy Fritters
Ingredients
- flour
- oil
- white wine
- anchovies
- milk (for soaking)
Method
- 1 Mix flour and oil to form a fritter paste, omitting salt.
- 2 Soften the paste with white wine.
- 3 Wash anchovies, remove bones, and soak in milk to draw out salt.
- 4 Dip anchovies in the paste and fry until golden.
