Milk And Butter Cake Icing

Ingredients

• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup whole milk
• 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter
• Flavoring to taste

Method

1. 1 Combine sugar, milk, and butter in a saucepan.
2. 2 Boil the mixture for 10 minutes.
3. 3 Remove from heat and stir constantly until it begins to thicken.
4. 4 Add flavoring to taste while stirring.
5. 5 Spread immediately over cakes.
