Milk And Butter Cake Icing
Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- Flavoring to taste
Method
- 1 Combine sugar, milk, and butter in a saucepan.
- 2 Boil the mixture for 10 minutes.
- 3 Remove from heat and stir constantly until it begins to thicken.
- 4 Add flavoring to taste while stirring.
- 5 Spread immediately over cakes.
