Microwave Egg And Cheese Quesadillas
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cheddar or jack cheese, grated
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 4 flour tortillas (6-8 inch)
- 4 tablespoons salsa (optional)
Method
- 1 Place 2 tablespoons of cheese and 1/4 of the scrambled eggs on each tortilla.
- 2 Heat 2 quesadillas at a time in the microwave on high for 30 to 45 seconds, or until the cheese melts.
- 3 Top with salsa and fold each tortilla in half to serve.
