Microwave Banana Oatmeal With Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup very hot water
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup non-fat frozen yogurt
Method
- 1 In a microwave-safe bowl, mix oatmeal and salt. Stir in hot water.
- 2 Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir well.
- 3 Microwave on high for another minute. Stir again.
- 4 Microwave for 30-60 seconds more until desired thickness is reached. Stir.
- 5 Top with sliced banana and frozen yogurt. Serve immediately.
