Microwave Banana Oatmeal With Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup very hot water
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup non-fat frozen yogurt

Method

  1. 1 In a microwave-safe bowl, mix oatmeal and salt. Stir in hot water.
  2. 2 Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir well.
  3. 3 Microwave on high for another minute. Stir again.
  4. 4 Microwave for 30-60 seconds more until desired thickness is reached. Stir.
  5. 5 Top with sliced banana and frozen yogurt. Serve immediately.
