Mayonnaise Cauliflower Salad
Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower
- Salt
- Water
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped parsley
- Mayonnaise
- Lettuce leaves
Method
- 1 Boil the cauliflower in salted water until tender.
- 2 Drain, cool, and separate into flowerets.
- 3 Sprinkle with chopped onion and parsley, then set on ice to chill thoroughly.
- 4 Mix with mayonnaise and serve on lettuce leaves.
