Mashed Potato Wheat Bread
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups tightly packed mashed potato
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon warm water
- 1 yeast cake
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Method
- 1 Mix mashed potato, flour, warm water, yeast, and salt to make dough.
- 2 Let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
- 3 Mold into a loaf, place in a pan, and let rise until double in bulk.
- 4 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) for 45 minutes.
