Mashed Parsnips With Butter
Ingredients
- parsnips
- salt
- water
- butter
- pepper
Method
- 1 Clean, scrape, and cut medium-sized parsnips. Place in boiling salted water to cover.
- 2 Cook until tender enough to be pierced with a fork. Drain off the water.
- 3 Force the parsnips through a colander or sieve.
- 4 Season with butter, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.
