  • 1 cup potatoes, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup flageolet beans
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shrimps
  • ¼ lb smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, separated

Method

  1. 1 Marinate the carrots, potatoes, peas, and beans with a mixture of oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2 Line a serving dish with lettuce leaves to create four distinct sections.
  3. 3 Place the marinated vegetables into the four sections and cover each with mayonnaise.
  4. 4 Sprinkle smoked salmon over two sections, the sifted egg yolk over one, and the chopped egg white over the fourth.
