Marinated Greek Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork cutlets (or 4 boneless pork chops)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method

  1. 1 Combine pork, oil, vinegar, oregano, and garlic in a bowl or sealed bag. Mix well.
  2. 2 Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. 3 Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
  4. 4 Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add pork, waiting 30 seconds between each piece.
  5. 5 Cook about 7 minutes per side until crispy. Serve immediately.
