Maple Pecan Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup cream
  • 1/3 cup pecan nut meats

Method

  1. 1 Boil maple syrup and butter to 232°F or until a soft ball forms in cold water.
  2. 2 Remove from heat and slowly stir in cream.
  3. 3 Keep warm over hot water until ready to serve, then stir in pecans.
