Maple Pecan Butter Sauce
Ingredients
- ¾ cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup cream
- 1/3 cup pecan nut meats
Method
- 1 Boil maple syrup and butter to 232°F or until a soft ball forms in cold water.
- 2 Remove from heat and slowly stir in cream.
- 3 Keep warm over hot water until ready to serve, then stir in pecans.
