Maple Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons hot milk
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring

Method

  1. 1 Add butter to hot milk and stir until melted.
  2. 2 Slowly add confectioners' sugar, stirring to form a spreadable paste.
  3. 3 Mix in baking powder and maple flavoring.
  4. 4 Spread the icing on top and sides of a cake.
