Mango Pineapple Coconut Yogurt Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup mango pieces (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup pineapple pieces (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- 1 cup coconut water
Method
- 1 Place yogurt, mango, pineapple, and coconut water into a blender.
- 2 Blend on high until smooth.
- 3 Pour mixture into 4 small paper cups or 8 ice cube trays.
- 4 Insert popsicle sticks or cut paper straws into the cups.
- 5 Freeze until solid and enjoy as a frozen treat.
